Morrissey Asked To Closed Surabaya’s Zoo

British singer Morrissey who will hold a concert in Jakarta, Thursday (05/10/2012) is known as an animal lover and supporter of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). Worse conditions of Surabaya Zoo (KBS) did not escape his attention.

On behalf of the community for PETA, she sent a letter to the Minister of Forestry Zulkifli Hasan. He asked the government to close the KBS because the death rate of animals is very high, around 15 deaths per month. In addition, the KBS is also considered not to have adequate facilities for the animals. Those fact enough for Morrissey to close the zoo in Surabaya. He thought that the condition is miserable and horrible too. He felt sad knowing about the reality of Surabaya’s zoo.

Jiyoung KARA Refused Talking About Her Weight

As Sulli ‘f (x)’ who is tall, maknae KARA Kang Jiyoung is also often called the giant baby because of her size. Felt herself is getting fatter, Jiyoung also refused to discuss about weight. Ridley Scott Ready To Make The “Prometheus” Sequel

Science fiction movie ‘Prometheus’ director Ridley Scott’s claim has not been released in theaters. But the British director has expressed interest in directing the sequel to the film. Ridley who is currently filming a new version of ‘Blade Runner’ reveals, he enjoyed returning to the world of science fiction. ‘Alien’ which was released earlier in 1979 it was one of the best science fiction film directed by the now 74-year-old.

“Now I’m thinking about what would I do to ‘Prometheus 2′,” he said as reported by Entertainment Weekly, Friday (10/02/2012). ‘Prometheus’ was actually prepared as a prequel ‘Alien’. But then the plot evolved into a mythology of its own.

Story ‘Prometheus’ focus on the team of explorers who discover clues origins of humankind on Earth. This discovery leads them to a thrilling journey into the dark corners of the universe. There, they have to fight a terrible battle to save the future of mankind. The film is scheduled to appear in U.S. theaters on June 8 to come. ‘Prometheus’ featuring Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Logan Marshall-Green, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, Ben Foster, Patrick Wilson and Guy Pearce. The fans from Indonesia have to be patient waiting the movie release. This film might be waited by the science fiction lovers.

Role For Jimi Hendrix

Rapper Andre 3000 of Outkast band returning personnel is also expanding his acting career with a greater role. Owner’s full name is Andre Lauren Benjamin will play guitarist Jimi Hendrix. According to the Irish Film and Television Network, Tuesday (08/05/2012), Andre will begin filming in late May. Jimi Hendrix biopic is titled “All Is By My Side ‘. Earlier, Andre has played in various films like ‘Charlotte’s Web’, ‘Scary Movie 4′, ‘Battle in Seattle’ and ‘Semi-Pro’. Those movies could be the reason why Andre being choosed for the character. Since there was a confirmation about this rumor, Andre and the crew that involves in this film will be chased by the journalist.

John Ridley will be the screenwriter and director of the film. Neither Andre nor his representatives have not confirmed the news. In this film, there will be Jimi Hendrix character and based on the gossip, it is Andre who will played as Jimi Hendrix.

‘All By My Side IS’ will take until 1967 set in 1966 when Hendrix was found in a New York club by boyfriend guitarist of The Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards.

He then introduced Hendrix to the manager Chas Chandler. Then the guitarist who died on 18 September 1970 it was brought to London to record his first album ‘Are You Experienced?
